Principal Consultant:

Bluerydge principal consultants ensures that all activities and operations as part of their ownership are well managed and achieved. The principal consultant coordinates activities across the firm, contributes to recruitment and leads bid efforts. The Principal Consultant can develop solutions while delivering outcomes for the customer.

Our Principals often lead new engagements to champion a positive result.

  • Proven cyber security and technology solution development experience
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams
  • A strong history of tangible outcomes
  • A detailed understanding of the current cyber security and technology landscape
  • Ability to diagnose complex cyber security and technology issues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer oriented approach to solution design
  • Postgraduate qualifications in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Relevant Industry Certifications
  • Relevant Vendor Certifications

Managing Consultant:

Bluerydge managers have over ten years experience and proven their leadership in the field. Our manging consultants are in charge of customer accounts and teams ensuring both culture within and interactions with the customer are always set at a high standard. The managing consultant takes direct ownership of the team and each project that is awarded.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer oriented approach to solution delivery
  • Bachelors or above in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Relevant Industry Certifications

Senior Consultant:

Bluerydge Senior Consultants typically have six to fifteen years of experience and a demonstrated history of producing tangible outcomes. A senior consultant can manage small teams and take ownership of project deliverables. The senior consultant works with clients on projects to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and time constraints. They guide consultants and are also responsible for giving advice to clients regarding their business needs.

Consultant:

Consultants typically have two to six years of experience and a history of achieving some tangible outcomes. A consultant is responsible for understanding customer requirements and contributing to the required outcomes.
